Kodo Horikawa was a direct student of Sokaku Takeda - the amazing Daito Ryu Aikijujutsu instructor who also taught Morihei Ueshiba (the founder of Aikido). Horikawa, a smaller man, was said to have received the deepest secrets of "aiki".
