Where does this store ship from? We have several warehouses located across the globe. Our products ship from the USA, Japan, & United Kingdom
What is this store's return and exchange policy? All items, (except for special ordered, custom made items, shinobi shozokus, and media files/products), can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Special ordered or custom made items on non refundable for any reason. Before an item is returned you must email us at ninpomart@gmail.com for a return authorization number. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs that includes shipping to us and shipping back to the buyer.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US? We sure do! If you are an international customer please send us an email first before purchasing to get an accurate shipping quote.
How long will it take to receive my order? Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Keep in mind that we have a 3 business day handling time with items that are in stock. Items that have to be custom made like some of our weapons or tools will take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive.
Do you have a wholesale program? Yes! If you are a school, dojo, or business we can sell you our items at a wholesale rate. We will need your business information along with a copy of your tax ID & business license. If you do not have a business license but would still like to purchase products at a wholesale rate you will have to buy items in quantity. Contact us at kobudomart@gmail.com for more details!
Do you sell other martial arts related products besides ninjutsu products? Yes! We carry a full line of products geared towards all different martial arts styles & systems such as: Judo, Taekwondo, Karate, MMA, Jiu Jitsu, Kung Fu, & more! If there is anything you need that you don't see on our websites please contact us directly.
Are all of your products made in house? No, in some cases we do partner with other vendors and manufacturers to provide our customers with the best products available at an affordable price. Since we are a small business it is sometimes more cost effective to outsource certain items.
Your products seem more expensive than other ninpo websites. Why is this? Here at Kobudo Mart our mission is not to be the cheapest. We would rather stay small, sell less, but sell a higher quality product than our competitors. That is the reputation we want to uphold.
I have old budo weapons, items, and media that I dont care to have anymore. Would Kobudo Mart purchase them from me? Yes we would! You can email us a list of what you have along with pictures and what price you're asking for your items and we will consider purchasing them from you. We can also do trades!
